Avetti.com has been developing software applications for 21 years and has focussed on ecommerce applications for the past 10 years.
Almost 10 years ago Avetti filed patents on innovative email encryption technology and saw an application of it where it could be used to email credit cards securely from a website to a business owner. What was needed next was a small catalog product that could be used with this to accept orders on the Internet.
That small 30 day project was the genesis of Avetti Commerce 7. A number of technologies and products were developed such as Quickmerce, Simplemerce and now Avetti Commerce.
We have learned that ecommerce is really about modelling a company's business processes and each company we worked with has interesting ways of doing business that brought new features into Avetti Commerce. Ecommerce is not just about adding a buy button to a web page. Creating a high volume automated sales site fully integrated with ERP systems, shipping providers, warehouses and business partners and making it scale and perform well at high load volumes is not easy.
Over the years Avetti has almost exclusively worked with large enterprises which to this day continue to use Avetti ecommerce solutions to process millions of dollars of orders each year for millions of customers. Our experience with the needs of the largest enterprises and our focus on creating great technology permits us to bring to you an outstanding ecommerce solution. Now for the first time we are making our technology available to medium and small companies as well.
